Thoughts of today

We make mistakes, we figure out the reasons, we sincerely apologize, we learn the lessons, we avoid doing them again and we move on.

I think I am good at this part already, skin is getter thicker and thicker. For sure, I can never stop trying to be perfect even though we will never be. But we will get closer and closer each time.

When other people make mistakes, we tell them they are wrong, we understand the reasons, we guide them to the correct directions, we give them opportunities to redeem their credits, and they either become useful team players if they are teachable or get kicked out if they are not.
